Nasi Kandar [HTC] RM 10.50 10.00

(Lunch)

Scrammed class to come here after QR, as lasting until 2 is a little... edging me.

  • Chicken: fresh enough
  • Rice: 2.5 scoops or something like that
  • Vege: 1 push or something like that
  • Curry: 3 scoops of the bone based one
...10.50? 10? Just for that? Guy who took less rice, no vege, with an egg, costs cheaper than mine.
"fuck htc" - Herrscher @ 30/03/2026 10:29. But then again, central campus location. Unless I go further.

06 Apr 2026 (Monday)

Nasi Campur [Cita Rasa Delima] RM 9.00

(Lunch)

Right, so gymming while hungry wasn't the best idea, but eating too early is also a semi bad idea.
7-11 has some deals for 7.90, but they seem a little small. Also I have no idea which button to press.

  • Ayam Masak Merah: +1 scoop of sauce
  • Vege: 3 attempted scoops due to it being stick together; free root
  • Rice: 1.5 scoops, not enough (1 scoop is quite big)
Wonder if I should try the shawarma again soon, then time it & see how fast it takes for it to cook.
For wednesday purposes, unless I scram class to eat again.

Braised Beef Potato Noodles [Salam Noodles] RM 11.55

(Dinner)

Class ended earlier by like 40 minutes, I guess I can go to you, especially after double gym.
Parking was nice as there was a spot for me when I drove in, though going into the area is a different story (traffic light when). They took 20 minutes to serve, to my table somehow. Buzzer didn't buzz.

  • Hot chinese tea, then Hot Lemon tea. 1 cup each.
  • Sauce is saucing.
  • Bowl of soup. Tried to scoop the ones on top so it isn't that "dense".
  • Added noodles around 12 minutes in.
  • Left in around an hour.
  • Cleaned the plate.
It would be best to try Getok Mantul as one of the "mini buffets", secured their QR in preparation.

07 Apr 2026 (Tuesday)

PwC Event [MDA Catering] Free

(Lunch)

Walked 6000 steps under blazing sun, not fun. Detour for free food? Sure.
Despite food was there at 12, we only can eat at like 1:30pm.

  • Not fried rice (I think), not nasi lemak rice, coloured rice? Not briyani.
  • Pickled vegetables (Cucumber, onion, carrot)
  • Chicken wing, masak merah
  • Some sweet stuff (ran out after 2nd refill)
All in all, never walk again. Just take the bus even if its paid.
Or, just walk in Lakefront. Not under the scorching sun.

Nasi Goreng Biasa [Sky Malaysia] RM 7.00

(Dinner)

No idea where my bois went, unsure if they were in AS, so avoided it.

  • Cabbage that vege, fried shallots, green onions, carrot slices
  • ...wait there's no cucumber.
  • There's some garlic in it now, compared to my 18 Nov 2025 taste test.
As I checked the app, turns out Odin came as well... to fetch them out I presume.
Oh well, I'll keep that in note.

08 Apr 2026 (Wednesday)

Nasi Kandar [HTC] RM 9.50

(Lunch)

Class ended slightly earlier, decided to gamble.
Asked for price breakdown as well as it was slightly cheaper today.

  • Chicken: Fresh breast part, RM 5
  • Vege: 1 pushful or something, RM 1.5
  • Rice: 2 scoops, RM 3
  • Curry
Around 22 minutes to finish. Still came in before the lecturer.
Maybe I could gamble takeaway shawarma if this timeframe happens again.

Roti Kahwin [AS Nasi Kandar] RM 4.50 4.00

(Dinner)

Bois with another went to Sky, so I went the back alley.
They changed layouts, and Uncle is no where to be seen.
Asked for sambal, nada. Asked for additional dhal & curry as I was about to finish, they filled it.

4.5? Went down to 4 as I only prepared 4. Asked the reason of why 4.5 despite the menu clearly being 1.5 + 2.5.
"Maybe there's planta in there?"..huh? Woman you make no sense, but if that's the case I'll order them separately.

09 Apr 2026 (Thursday)

Nasi Ayam Penyet [Sky Malaysia] RM 9.00

(Lunch)

Slight "reward" for survivng the week thus far. Skipping AS as I had HTC yesterday noon.

  • 6 half cucumber slices for a total of 3 heart shaped cucumber slices
  • Asked where soup, he said "later". Hence why not in pics
  • Soup came later, in bungkus form, said kitchen mistaken. Asked for a bowl.
  • Gave me a comically large bowl (instead of the usual mini soup bowl)
  • Soup tastes slightly different than usual, or have I not had soup for so long?
Their pricing is weird. At times 9, at times 10. At times soup, at times no soup.
At times plenty of vege, at times a single type of vege.

Bakso [Dapur Chilli] RM 10.00

(Dinner)

Bakso is served. Though I am treated kinda invisible, with the customer behind me getting served first.
Downsides of being kinda transparent with low presense.

  • Kuey Teow. It kinda sticks with each other, making it hard to eat, especially when it's hot.
  • No chicken skin, unsure why it's there
  • 4 beef balls
  • Vegetables
  • Some beansprouts
  • Green onions & fried shallots
  • There's some sort of sambal. Didn't try much as it isn't my taste.
  • Quarter of a lime. Bought it back to make lime water.
Almost finished the soup, then played around to see if any remains rise up.

13 Apr 2026 (Monday)

Set Buttermilk Chicken [Mira Kitchen] RM 9.00

(Lunch)

No idea what to eat, time to try something new.
Their QR is displayed as Mira Kitchen, not Amzira Shak Enterprise now (changed the previous 2 entries).

  • 3 chicken tenders, room temperature maybe
  • Rice isn't much. I can easily finish with 1.5 - 2 tenders, or 1 if I try hard enough.
  • Sauce is ok, but it's easily finished within 2 tenders.
  • 1 lettuce leaf, 2 slices of cucumbers
  • The drink is the usual Teh o Ais.
I think it'd be more worth it if I ordered Set Nasi Ayam tambah nasi, if that exists.
Or otherwise, either Delima, or Starbee Tandoori for more rice, sauces, and vege.

Ala Carte Set A [Ayam Gepuk Pak Gembus Glomac] RM 12.00

(Dinner)

Class -> Corpo Strat business that extended beyond 3pm (thanks Malaysian timing) -> An FYP meet that extended to 4pm (thankfully class online).
Weather that edges when my class ends (its windy asf). Managed to zoom out before rain started.

  • Crispy chicken, quite ok (better than my home turf).
  • Original Sambal: it can throw hands. Nuff said.
  • Some cabbage "pieces", 5-6 half slices of cucumber.
  • Quality do be there vs home.
  • Kicap is sweet ish. 1 squeezeful.
  • Rice is fine, added once. Sambal added once with kacang, as somehow they don't let me add just kacang.
Full asf. To the point of food wanting to remove itself from me.

14 Apr 2026 (Tuesday)

Nasi Kandar [AS Nasi Kandar] RM 7.50

(Lunch)

Gemini suggested I eat something less spicy after telling it I kinda shat myself from yesterdays Gepuk.
This was selected over a 9+ nasi campur meal, so be it.

  • Unsure of chicken part, room temperature.
  • Cabbage (only other option are beans)
  • Rice with chicken & beef curry, no goat (still fine)
  • Limau ais, & taking back the 2 2/3 limes for use later.

Nasi Goreng Biasa [AS Nasi Kandar] RM 6.00

(Dinner)

The bois are cooking various meals (from rice based to noodle based). Doesn't matter to me as I don't have instant noodles anymore.
I return to AS for the day, as they are priced competitively.

  • First bite weirdly was slightly wet, damp. It turned out well in the end anyways.
  • Greens, fried onions, cabbage, carrots, vege
  • Chicken
  • 2 cucumber slices
To answer what I said on 13 Jan 2026: "Not worth unless free food. Worth if you're already out to begin with."

15 Apr 2026 (Wednesday)

Nasi Campur [Dapo Sahang] RM 6.50

(Lunch)

Class ended slightly earlier, but not too early, and next class has became blended.
Dapo time as a gamble, it took around 6? minutes from CNMX to Dapo.

  • Rice: somewhere 2-3 scoops, 2nd bucket as they ran out of 1st bucket rice
  • Chicken: scared of 1 isn't enough, took another mini one (& committed ninja)
  • Cabbage: I think 1 or 2 scoops or something
  • Additional spicy stuff: from fish
Should've taken more rice, but it's kinda cake.

20 Apr 2026 (Monday)

Nasi Campur [Royal Tandoori] RM 9.00

(Lunch)

Delima hasn't started serving vege, and am unsure if I wanna gamble Asam from Mira Kitchen.

  • 1.7 scoops of rice. Was gonna take 2, but backed off a little.
  • Vege is 1.3 scoops. 1 regular, then a little more.
  • 1 scoop from 2 curries. 1 minced meat based, the other forgot.
  • Chicken is juicy, and then it became oily.
Seems like my last Starbee Tandoori venture was 4 Dec 2025. 137 days.
A tabby cat decided to invade me, I stare at it while feeding scrapes. It seems like a head flick from a cleaner can shoo it.

Kam Heong Pork With Rice [Ri Yue Ming] RM 11.00

(Dinner)

As I finished parking on the far end and walked to the restaurant, there's now spots near the restaurant.
Exacting revenge on it, by writing "less spicy" on the remarks.

  • Sauce: ok, spicy
  • Pork: overall fine, plentiful enough for me to finish my rice before it
  • Contains chili slices, onions. Forgot to mention curry leaves.
  • It doesn't burn as bad now. 2 cups of water I think, with less "thick water is everywhere"
I guess this is acceptable spice range. I could try writing no chili next.

21 Apr 2026 (Tuesday)

Nasi Campur [Dapur Chilli] RM 8.50

(Lunch)

Somehow I didn't eat here since 5 Jan 2026, or 11 Nov 2025 if their nasi campur.
Calculator showed 4 + 2 + 2.5. Wonder which is which.

  • Ayam kunyit: 2.5 scoops, cold/room temp.
  • Kangkung: 2 scoops, avoid anchovies if possible.
  • Nasi lemak rice: scooped anything that isn't hard or burnt. Not recommended, better to go with plain rice.
  • Spicy thing: I forgot where I gotten it, but cold. Also a nada.
Sky has better heating, as here is merely "just put it on the table". But Sky costs more (usually)...

Nasi Goreng Ayam Kunyit [Ummifa] RM 10.00

(Dinner)

I'd like to try their NGAK, which is somehow the same price as Set Nasi Putih AK.
Which is weird, but maybe there's something in the set.

  • Fried rice: pea, corn, egg, garlic, carrot
  • Chicken: has bones. BONES. onion, carrot, long bean, cauliflower
  • The fried rice is very Chinese tasting (good)
  • Did I mentioned BONES in my KUNYIT when NO OTHER SHOP DID THIS?
I think they hate me. Every meal they make makes me 2nd think my life choices.
But there's always something that makes it feel less ass. But it's still ass in the end.

22 Apr 2026 (Wednesday)

Chicken Shawarma Large [Chef Yas] RM 10.00

(Lunch)

Last had you 9 Jun 2023. 1048 days. Wow. Also they serve other things like pizza as well, no more beef somehow.

  • Peak hours make them take a little longer than I expected, like 10 minutes cook time.
  • They have a receipt system, which is nice to track orders.
  • Fresh frois, cabbage, onion?, mayo
  • It's fine, but hard to eat in a fully wrapped form. Like I'd question my choices slightly.
It would be best to dine in instead. Or get something else & takeaway for ease of eating.
It's not really filling, hoping it can last until dinner.

Nasi Goreng Kampung [Cita Rasa Delima] RM 7.00

(Dinner)

Committee stuff require me to reach by 6:30pm, so had to forgo plans of Dapo, and came here.
A little confusion happened, but it seems there's beef option? Don't know, would need to inquire further later.

  • Anchovies are crispy, that's a plus vs Dapo at times
  • Kangkung, Cabbage, Onion, Chicken, a 3rd type of vege
  • Decent spice, has some bits of red & green chili here & there
  • Slight downside is the use of plastics, but I guess it is fine since there isn't anything hard
Good meal, can recommend. Hopes to GDC Welcoming Party to fill me up.

Various Sandwiches [Ai-Sandwich] Free

(Supper?)

Apparently GDC nuggies became sandwiches. Man. But gotta make do with what I have.

  • 2 Chicken Slice Cheese: Lettuce, tomato, cheese, mayo, chicken ham. Good.
  • 1 Egg Mayo: Lettuce, tomato, mashed egg, mayo. I prefer the top one.
  • 0 Tuna Spicy: didn't have any, as I'm not too big of a tuna fan to begin with (I think)
  • 1 Ribena & 1 chrysanthemum tea (drinho) consumed
All in all, thankful I had my dinner prior. But even then the sandwich kcal seemed to not do too much?
They seemed to have it all under control, so I took my leave at 9ish.
Did liquid went into my laptop? What kind of liquid is this?

23 Apr 2026 (Thursday)

Fish Ball Noodles [Jin Man Cyberjaya] RM 12.90

(Lunch)

It exists in Cheras as one of my childhood (and current) foods, and it is ok from what I remember (most of the time).
I decided to try the Cyberjaya branch which has been opened for... a year? Mixed Rice has koyogang as I see his car there, so it'd be best not to go there.
It took around 10 minutes to serve, which is ok for a noodle dish. The place is quite empty as well (compared to Cheras), so I guess it's not that popular here?

  • Dry, Wanton Mee Thin (idk what is Thick), Add Noodles
  • Normal: 10.90
  • Upsized: +2.00
  • Smells like Cheras, tastes like Cheras. It gets a pass.
Maybe it's because of the pricing, as what I remember is that the one in Cheras is around 10-11, but here is 12.90. Or maybe it's because of the location.
But I'd say its best to eat something else for cheaper, unless one craves for the Cheras taste.

27 Apr 2026 (Monday)

Nasi Campur [Cita Rasa Delima] RM 9.00

(Lunch)

Gym when hungry = bad, but I still pushed through. Asked for price breakdown as well.

  • Chicken: 5, added a half? scoop of sauce as well
  • Rice 2 scoops: 2. I still finished the rice before chicken.
  • Vege 1 scoop: 2, anchovies, and another free root piece
  • Curry from curry chicken, taste is covered entirely by Masak Merah. Classic.

Nasi Goreng Biasa [Dapo Sahang] RM 5.00

(Dinner)

A plan to keep my average day spendings under 14, part 1. (Otherwise I would've off campus food).
There's some stalls near HB3, that's there till Wednesday. Nothing price worthy. Dapo time.

  • 18:02 order, 18:09 serve.
  • It's... very biasa. It's to the point of being ass.
  • It's like it's just flavoured rice.
  • Rice, vege, chicken, chili bits. Not even any sign of egg.
  • Like I'd rather pay more for better taste.
Conclusion, don't order unless absolute broke. Best to get something else.

28 Apr 2026 (Tuesday)

Nasi Kandar [AS Nasi Kandar] RM 7.50

(Lunch)

A plan to keep my average day spendings under 14, part 2.

  • I assume this chicken part is either back or breast, a lil above room temperature for some spots.
  • Cabbage (only other option are long beans)
  • Rice with goat curry (I bit into 1 of the respective "4 sekawan." FAH.)
  • Limau ais. One of the limes rolled out of my cup as I left the restaurant (I forgot I had limes in my cup)
I wonder where is uncle. I wonder if they'd eat at Sky or no. If Sky, I better go down faster than them.

Roti Kahwin [AS Nasi Kandar] RM 4.00

(Dinner)

A plan to keep my average day spendings under 14, part 3.

I went at a lil before 6pm. Overheard Sky has no roti making until like 6:30pm via conversation with another customer. Sky waiters proceed to ignore me thereafter, so I left & went for AS 8 minutes later.

Koyoboi has cooked his own food, somehow the remaining 2 bois came down to AS as well, separate table.
I've been waiting my roti for 15+ minutes. This is a little awkward. Their gorengs came, and they are eating.
It eventually came at like 6:25pm. And they left soon after.

Well, at least it's officially 4. Maybe they had some big ahh order hogging the roti making station.

29 Apr 2026 (Wednesday)

Nasi Goreng Biasa [HTC] RM 4.50

(Lunch)

A plan to keep my average day spendings under 14, part 4.

Previous class extended to the point of reaching over 12pm. Dropped bags then scramed for food.

  • Suprisingly, tastes better than Dapos variant
  • Carrot, egg, vege, garlic?, onion?, half a green-ish red-ish chili or something
  • No meat though, but 50sen trade off I guess is ok.
  • I'd say around 5+ minutes-ish cook time. But confirm under 10.

Maggi Goreng Biasa [Dapo Sahang] RM 5.00

(Dinner)

A plan to keep my average day spendings under 14, part 5.

I was going to eat at AS, but remembering the kitchen faucet is broken... yea.
Might as well I get some water from HB2.

  • At least 6 or 7 minutes, likely as they need to boil the noodles
  • It's a little al dente, as in not soft like how I make my noodles
  • Egg, Garlic, Vege, 1? red chili
  • No meat found
It's worthier than their nasi goreng biasa in terms of taste.

30 Apr 2026 (Thursday)

Nasi Campur [Dapo Sahang] RM 6.50

(Lunch)

A plan to keep my average day spendings under 14, part 6 (final).

This is, the technical cheapest thing I could think of that can fill me decently. And usually consistent.
Basketball area has ample parking, which is nice. Somehow they started serving before 11:26am, which is earlier than expected.

  • Chicken: I think this is the thigh part? Unsure, but feels like it.
  • Yellow cabbage: 1.3 scoops or so
  • Rice: I'd say 2 scoops, it's quite hard to dig through cake & clumped rice
  • Curry: from chicken. Has santan.
  • I think it's best to skip the fish sambal.
So somehow I forgotten about my FYP2 briefing at 11am. I was too focused on food and just half paying attention to the meet itself while still eating.
For reference, my quiz ended somewhere at 11am. I could've just continued to bummed in class but nooo, brain too food coded.

The Point of No Return RM 673.11

The "supposedly" has been stripped away, as this is the literal final trimester. No more safety nets, no more "next time." (if all goes well, that is.)

The RNG teammates have been rolled, and the results are... well, they're characters.
Some fresh faces, while others are familiar. But the common theme is that they are all... interesting. I guess that's what makes it fun, right? (I hope so.)

Juggling 20 credit hours while FYP looms like a final boss in its second phase.
I’ve gone from "holding the line" to being the line itself. Faced some of that "wrath" I anticipated at the start of the month.
It turns out, when you stop trying to glue the fractures of other people's expectations and just focus on your own survival, people get loud.
Let them. My exclusion zone is now a fortress. Keep the noise out, and the focus in, just like how Kaname Raana does it.
Wake up, do my own things, not disturb others (hopefully), go off.

Physically, I'm just a vessel for food and code. Socially, I’m a ghost in the machine — more Mutsumi Wakaba than anything — quiet, detached, and not really part of the scene.
But academically? I’m speedrunning towards that July finish line because I can already hear society knocking on the door, and I’d rather open it on my own terms.

Everything is converging. The tasks are stacking. The pressure is peak.
3 assignments due in May, many Tests & Projects in June, and FYP2 presentation in July. It’s like I’m on a rollercoaster that’s just about to drop, and there’s no way to get off.
But if I don't break now, I never will.
May the force be with me.
